Our mission at David’s Sanctuary Nursing Home is to provide dignified, safe, and quality elderly care inspired by healthcare practices from Sweden, Ireland, and the UK, while helping raise the standard of geriatric care in the Philippines.
We believe that caring for older adults and dementia patients requires more than compassion and patience. Proper geriatric care requires education, clinical understanding, safeguarding, and trained professionals who truly understand the complexities of aging, dementia, mobility, behavior changes, and long-term care.
Inspired by healthcare practices from Sweden, Ireland, and the UK, we apply international guidance in dementia care, safeguarding, accountability, patient safety, and professional geriatric care standards. Our staff are trained not only with NC II qualifications, but also with deeper education in handling the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of older adults.
In the Philippines, proper geriatric and dementia care training is still limited. David’s Sanctuary aims to help bridge that gap by bringing international knowledge and structured care practices into Filipino senior care. We are committed to raising the standard of nursing home care through professionalism, continuous education, proper systems, and evidence-based care practices that protect the dignity, safety, and well-being of every resident.

Memory & Dementia Care
At David's Sanctuary, the family is part of the care team. Our Director of Nursing provides free family counseling — helping loved ones understand the dementia journey and easing the burden every step of the way.

We collaborate with skilled physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to support each resident's recovery and mobility journey.
Our team guides both the patient and family through every step — ensuring progress is understood, goals are clear, and care is consistent from facility to home.

Our kitchen is led by an experienced manager from a 5-star restaurant in Singapore and overseen by a Certified Food Safety Officer — ensuring every meal is safe, nutritious, and beautifully prepared.
Unlike other nursing homes, our meals are guided by a nutritionist and tailored to each resident's dietary needs. Not just healthy — but appetizing, dignified, and diet-safe.

We proudly welcome OJT students and volunteers who join our activities and work alongside our team — guided by our licensed Geriatric Nurse to learn the highest standards of elderly care.
Your loved one is never alone in their care journey. Our licensed Geriatric Nurse coordinates directly with your family and personal physician — providing timely clinical updates, monitoring changes in condition, and ensuring every medical order is carried out with precision and compassion.
